Occupational healthcare Finla digitalized its customer services with Movendos solutions

Movendos and occupational healthcare Finla Työterveys Oy started cooperation in spring 2019, as Finla started to use electronic health, wellbeing and work related risk surveys.

During spring 2020 the cooperation deepened as the remote appointment services and time reservation were moved to Movendos systems. At the same time they were named as “Oma Finla” (My Finla). The solutions consist of urgent chat, non-urgent messaging and video calls (mClinic) as well as symptom and need based time reservation (mBooking). Finla has also Oma Finla mobile application for easy use of new services.

All digital services of Movendos are part of Movendos Health Platform. The big need for Finla was to have all services available from one place.

In addition to fluent customer experience, also easy data collection and reporting makes professionals’ daily work easier. The survey and screening solution mSurvey enables selecting different question units and their combinations based on the needs of the customer company and their employees. It gives valuable information to select the employees who could benefit from occupational healthcare support.
